Position: Healthcare Maintenance Mechanic Role
Join Oak Valley Health in Ontario as a Maintenance Mechanic focused on essential hospital equipment. Leverage your mechanical skills for a crucial role in healthcare maintenance.

In this position, you’ll perform repairs, installation, and preventative maintenance on various systems within the hospital. Candidates should hold an Ontario Millwright Certificate and possess strong experience in HVAC and mechanical troubleshooting. Your work will directly support the hospital's commitment to quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to alarms and maintain overall building safety

• Execute troubleshooting for mechanical equipment failures

• Conduct operational tests on HVAC and related systems

• Maintain accurate records in the CMMS

• Supervise contractors for regulatory compliance

Requirements:

• Current Ontario Millwright Certificate mandatory

• Three-plus years in a commercial or institutional setting

• Knowledge of Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) preferred

• Experience in a healthcare environment is advantageous

• Good communication and teamwork abilities
