RGH Commercial Equipment Service - Beverage Technician
Salary: $22 - $30 per hour.

If you have experience as a hot or cold side equipment Service Technician or similar work experience, this may be the right fit for you. You will be servicing commercial beverage equipment and basic electrical equipment both in the field and in shop. The position supports continued education in the trades field; if you are not currently qualified, we will support your future training and educational goals.
Your role requires industry knowledge to service complex equipment while providing exceptional customer service to our customers.
- Education in appliance beverage service or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the coffee industry, servicing or preparing coffee, and working within the coffee culture.
- Valid trade license (G3, G2, G1, 313A, Red Seal) is an asset but not required.
- Related trade experience is an asset (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, welding/fabricating, mover, basic construction, etc.).
- Experience working in the food service industry is preferred.
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, accountable and self‑driven.
- Able to occasionally travel to work at other locations as needed, or travel for training purposes.
