Position: Toronto AV Technician with Mentorship Role
Maximize your audiovisual skills as an AV Technician with Matrix in Toronto. Take charge of installations and elevate system performance through collaboration and mentorship.

This position focuses on installing and troubleshooting professional AV systems in various environments. You will work hand-in-hand with AV programmers, ensuring optimal performance while mentoring junior installers. This role demands both technical expertise and the ability to lead by example for a cohesive project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess project scopes and organize site work

• Display proficiency in interpreting electronic schematics

• Conduct installations of projectors, screens, and audio systems

• Communicate with management regarding project progress

• Identify and resolve AV technical issues promptly

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in AV integration

• Relevant post-secondary degree preferred

• Familiarity with Crestron or Extron systems

• Hold Avixa CTS or CTS-I Certification

• Must be fit for physical requirements including lifting
