Your mission as an Installation Leader involves mentoring a dedicated team of 5 to 10 technicians. Collaborating closely with the Operations/Installation Manager, you will be instrumental in streamlining project delivery while conducting site surveys and quality control visits.
Your role is essential in developing a high-performing, cohesive team focused on AV solutions and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee installation team activities and performance
• Conduct inspections during installations for quality assurance
• Coordinate installation schedules and subcontractor assignments
• Support process improvement initiatives
• Directly engage in audiovisual installation tasks
Requirements:
• Proven ability in team leadership and recruitment
• Familiarity with AV systems and signal flow
• Strategic thinking and excellent interpersonal skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid Driver’s License with satisfactory record
