Position: AVI-SPL Installation Technician Role

As an Installation Technician 3, you will drive project success through your technical expertise and leadership. Your duties will involve managing job site activities, mentoring level 1 and 2 technicians, and ensuring all work adheres to safety and quality standards. You’ll also interact with clients directly to manage project updates and onsite requests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute installation tasks based on project requirements

• Mentor and support junior technicians on-site

• Interpret architectural and electronic schematics effectively

• Conduct testing of AV systems and cabling

• Oversee equipment management during installations

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of experience in audiovisual installations

• Valid AVIXA CTS General Certification required

• Strong knowledge of cable installation and troubleshooting

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Ability to lead teams and adapt to project needs
