As an Installation Technician 3, you'll be tasked with guiding installation teams, ensuring high-quality outcomes for complex projects. Strong proficiency in audiovisual systems and excellent communication skills are pivotal for success. You'll handle project scope management, client interaction, and mentor junior technicians to develop their capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the installation processes for audiovisual systems
• Mentor and guide junior technicians on-site
• Interpret schematics and perform detailed installations
• Test and verify system functionality and cabling integrity
• Provide on-site training and support to clients
Requirements:
• 4-6 years of experience in audiovisual installation
• Required AVIXA CTS Certification and Driver’s License
• Solid understanding of low-voltage cabling and safety standards
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt to changing project needs
