Lead Installation Supervisor at AVI-SPL

Transform installation outcomes at AVI-SPL by becoming their Installation Supervisor. This role focuses on team mentorship and enhancing project execution efficiency.

In this pivotal position, you will directly supervise a team of 5 to 10 installation technicians and support the Operations/Installation Manager. Your leadership will facilitate improved communication and stronger execution of installation projects in the field. Expect to take part in quality control and drive process improvement initiatives for better team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle technical escalations from installation teams

• Conduct quality assessments during and post-installation

• Coordinate project installation activities and external contracts

• Facilitate pre-installation site surveys as required

• Mentor Installation Technicians in their professional development

Requirements:

• Strong background in leading installation teams and processes

• Comprehensive understanding of AV and electromechanical systems

• Proven problem-solving capability and strategic insight

• Effective communication skills for team alignment

• Valid Driver’s License consistent with company standards
