Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare substrates according to industry standards
• Fabricate and install counters and walls with precision
• Utilize matching caulk for visual consistency
• Conduct self-inspections to meet quality standards
• Foster relationships with team members and builders
Requirements:
• 5 years combined experience as an apprentice and journeyman installer preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions
• Comfort with physical tasks and outdoor conditions
• Proficient in reading work orders and diagrams
• Bilingual skills preferred
