Position: Field Service Technician Leadership Role
Become a vital part of Honeywell as a Lead Field Service Technician-based in Markham, Ontario. You'll lead teams while delivering expert service on advanced HVAC systems for customers.

In this impactful role, you will oversee field operations and ensure optimal performance of Honeywell's Commercial Controls Building Automation systems. Your responsibilities include managing maintenance processes, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. By engaging with key stakeholders, you'll implement strategies aimed at continuous improvement and service enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing preventive and corrective maintenance for HVAC systems

• Troubleshoot complex system issues and implement solutions

• Verify sensors and perform necessary calibrations

• Develop performance reports for clients regularly

• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective engagement

Requirements:

• 3+ years in building automation and HVAC field

• Relevant degree or technical diploma

• Valid G license required

• Open to on-call responsibilities as required

• Competent in basic Windows and Microsoft Office tools
