GTA Field- Security Technician

Position: GTA Field-Based Security Technician Role
Join Spotter Security as a Field-Based Security Technician, delivering expert service on electronic security systems throughout the Greater Toronto Area. Engage in hands-on installation and repair work while ensuring customer satisfaction.

This full-time role offers opportunities for skilled technicians with 3-5 years of experience in servicing security systems. You will be responsible for diagnosing faults, conducting thorough maintenance, and maintaining communication with clients and coworkers for optimal service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and troubleshoot electronic security equipment

• Diagnose and resolve system faults efficiently

• Document all maintenance and service activities

• Interact professionally with clients for feedback

• Escalate technical issues as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years in installation or servicing of security systems

• Familiarity with key security technology brands

• Valid full G-Class Ontario driver’s license

• Clean driving record and clear background check

• Working at Heights certification needed
