Position: Electrical Supervisor at Evolution Mining
Lead Underground Electrical Crews with Evolution Mining in Red Lake. This supervisor role emphasizes safety and productivity while managing diverse maintenance activities in an underground mining setting.

The Supervisor Electrical role offers a unique opportunity to guide maintenance teams within Red Lake’s dynamic environment. With seven years of experience in the electrical discipline required, you will oversee multi-craft crews, monitor equipment performance, and implement construction plans. Your leadership will enhance team efficiency and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct activities of multi-craft electrical maintenance crews

• Set and manage performance goals and objectives

• Manage SAP notification and work order backlogs

• Conduct performance reviews and support team development

• Evaluate preventive maintenance programs and report key metrics

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of electrical experience in mining

• At least 2 years in a supervisory maintenance role

• Extensive knowledge of Canadian Electrical Code

• Familiar with CSA Z462, CSA M421 standards

• Ability to quickly adapt to new computer systems
