As a Fleet Mechanic, you'll ensure our ready-mix trucks receive top-notch care, including repairs and regular inspections. Proficiency in diesel engines and hydraulic systems is vital for success, alongside a strong commitment to safety and operational fluidity.
Your role will also include effective communication with team members to prioritize and manage maintenance work efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Undertake inspections and diagnose mechanical problems
• Conduct repairs on various vehicle components
• Implement diagnostic technology for effective troubleshooting
• Maintain an organized parts inventory and order supplies
• Record repair details accurately per company standards
Requirements:
• Current 310T Truck & Coach license or training agreement
• Valid Class 'G' Driver's License
• Extensive knowledge of engine and hydraulic mechanics
• Focused on safety in all operations
• Comfortable working independently and traveling as needed
