Become a vital part of Oak Valley Health's team as a Millwright. Your skills in maintenance and mechanical systems will help ensure the safety and efficiency of hospital operations.
This position encompasses various responsibilities, from troubleshooting mechanical systems to conducting routine inspections and maintenance. With a focus on patient-centered care, you will significantly impact the daily operations of the facility. Your contribution will directly enhance the health and safety standards of the hospital environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform maintenance on mechanical systems and equipment
• Monitor operations through the Building Automation System
• Respond swiftly to emergency equipment issues
• Conduct operational testing on generators and HVAC
• Record maintenance details via the computerized management system
Requirements:
• Ontario Millwright Certificate with Red Seal preferred
• Minimum 3 years in maintenance roles required
• Strong knowledge of rotating equipment and HVAC
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
