Experienced Refrigeration Mechanic Position

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operational status of HVAC and BAS systems

• Address alarm triggers with appropriate actions

• Carry out regular maintenance and inspections as needed

• Monitor contractor activities for safety and compliance

• Record and report equipment performance metrics

Requirements:

• Red Seal Refrigeration License is mandatory

• 3 years of pertinent commercial/industrial experience

• Solid knowledge of HVAC systems and water treatment

• Good computer skills and customer service aptitude

• Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment
