Position: Professional Painter Needed at Northland Properties
Become a Professional Painter at Northland Properties, where you’ll prepare and apply paint on various surfaces while upholding safety regulations. Timely project completion is essential.

Reporting to the foreman, you’ll utilize your painting experience of at least two years to maintain project standards and meet deadlines. Effective communication with your colleagues will help in upholding quality throughout various tasks, from surface preparation to the final coat application.

Your role will also include managing and cleaning your painting tools to ensure top-notch results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces with scraping, sanding, and cleaning methods

• Repair cracks and holes effectively with spackle

• Mix and prepare paint to desired specifications

• Apply paints evenly using appropriate techniques

• Maintain equipment cleanliness and functionality

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

• Suggested:
Certification for Respirator Fit Test

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and climb scaffolding

• Knowledge of health and safety practices

• Organized and detail-focused work ethic
