Automated Warehouse Service Technician

Support Vanderlande’s automated warehouse with electro-mechanical troubleshooting and preventive maintenance in a full-time, 24/7 operation. No travel is required.

As a Service Technician II, you will support routine material handling system problems at an advanced automated warehouse in Canada. The work combines mechanical maintenance, electrical fault-finding, system monitoring, and customer-focused service. You will help maintain safety, efficiency, and reliable warehouse operations while communicating work status to various parties.

• Troubleshoot mechanical components within material handling systems
• Maintain electrical control components and field devices
• Execute electrical and mechanical preventive maintenance
• Monitor alarms, warnings, faults, and systems from Control Room
• Report maintenance activities and system errors in CMMS

• Experience supporting automated systems with electro-mechanical skills
• Electrical and mechanical fault-finding and rectification skills
• Experience reading electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
• Skilled with electrical test instruments and hand tools
• Relevant technical qualifications and valid driver license
