Enhance the sales experience at Nexans as a Continuous Improvement and Sales Systems Specialist. Utilize your knowledge of SAP to optimize workflows in a hybrid work environment.
In this pivotal role, you will report to the Commercial Excellence & CI Leader and focus on sales systems governance and continuous improvement. Your responsibilities include optimizing sales workflows, process mapping, and driving training initiatives. You will support the integration of systems across multiple sales functions while ensuring adherence to optimized processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage sales system functions and performance metrics
• Implement process maps for efficient sales operations
• Create training materials and facilitate user training
• Collaborate with IT on system enhancements and issue resolution
• Lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives for process efficiency
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Operations or similar field
• At least 5 years in Sales Systems or related areas
• Proven SAP Super User experience
• Skilled in process mapping and optimization
• Strong communication and training skills
