Accounting Manager, Financial Reporting, Financial Compliance, Accounting & Finance
Salary: $120,000–$140,000 + 15–20% Bonus
Location: Waltham, MA | Hybrid, 3 Days Onsite
Own the accounting and consolidation process across a complex multi-entity organization
High visibility with senior accounting and finance leadership
Manage and develop a direct report with potential for continued team growth
Significant acquisition activity creating additional exposure to entity integration
Opportunity to improve systems, reporting, processes, and overall data quality
Collaborative and flexible team environment
Lead the consolidation and financial reporting process across 30+ reporting entities
Review entity financials, reconciliations, intercompany activity, and consolidation entries
Manage intercompany eliminations and multi-currency activity
Coordinate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close across multiple entities
Support the integration of newly acquired entities
Improve reporting templates, accounting systems, processes, and data accuracy
Partner with local accounting teams and corporate leadership to resolve reporting issues
Work cross-functionally with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and other finance teams
Lead and develop accounting team members
Qualifications:
6–10 years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience
Strong multi-entity accounting and consolidation experience
Experience with intercompany reconciliations and eliminations
Exposure to multi-currency accounting strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of US GAAP
Advanced accounting/financial systems experience
Experience with Planful/Host Analytics, One Stream, Oracle, SAP, BPC, Tagetik, Hyperion, or similar systems preferred
Strong Excel skills
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
Manufacturing or other complex multi-entity industry experience preferred
CPA or Master’s degree a plus
