Corporate Accounting Manager

Salary: $120,000–$140,000 + 15–20% Bonus
Location: Waltham, MA | Hybrid, 3 Days Onsite

• Own the accounting and consolidation process across a complex multi-entity organization

• High visibility with senior accounting and finance leadership

• Manage and develop a direct report with potential for continued team growth

• Significant acquisition activity creating additional exposure to entity integration

• Lead the consolidation and financial reporting process across 30+ reporting entities

• Review entity financials, reconciliations, intercompany activity, and consolidation entries

• Manage intercompany eliminations and multi-currency activity

• Coordinate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close across multiple entities

• Support the integration of newly acquired entities

• Improve reporting templates, accounting systems, processes, and data accuracy

• Partner with local accounting teams and corporate leadership to resolve reporting issues

• Work cross-functionally with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and other finance teams

• Lead and develop accounting team members

• 6–10 years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience

• Strong multi-entity accounting and consolidation experience

• Experience with intercompany reconciliations and eliminations

• Exposure to multi-currency accounting strongly preferred

• Strong knowledge of US GAAP

• Advanced accounting/financial systems experience

• Experience with Planful/Host Analytics, One Stream, Oracle, SAP, BPC, Tagetik, Hyperion, or similar systems preferred

• Strong Excel skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• Manufacturing or other complex multi-entity industry experience preferred

• CPA or Master’s degree a plus
