Salary: $120,000-$140,000 + 15-20% Bonus
Location: Waltham, MA | Hybrid, 3 Days Onsite

- Lead the global financial consolidation process across 30+ reporting units
- Review entity submissions, reconciliations, eliminations, and consolidation entries
- Manage multi-currency translation and complex intercompany activity
- Integrate newly acquired entities into the consolidation process
- Improve consolidation systems, reports, templates, and data quality
- Partner with subsidiary controllers and corporate accounting teams globally
- Work cross-functionally with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and Investor Relations
- Lead, coach, and develop team members
- 6-10 years of progressive consolidations and financial reporting experience
- Strong multi-entity/global consolidation experience
- Deep knowledge of multi-currency translation and intercompany eliminations
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP
- Advanced financial systems experience;
Planful/Host Analytics, SAP EPM, Oracle, BPC, Tagetik, One Stream, or similar - Strong Excel skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- CPA or Master's degree a plus
