Performs a variety of administrative duties. Supports one or more members of management and/or staff in a business or functional unit. Work generally requires knowledge of company and/or business/functional practices, policies, programs and/or product line. Resolves routine and non-routine inquiries. Administrative responsibilities include calendaring, document preparation and management, correspondence, managing the calibration program for the site gauges, travel arrangements, and meeting/travel coordination.
Maintains confidentiality.
- Knowledgeable using SAP ERP system to create purchase orders, confirm receipt of materials, and generate reports.
- Interact with contractors to verify PO in place, invoice submitted for completed work, and any payment questions.
- Order parts and equipment for various projects.
- Proficient at using Microsoft office tools – Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Familiar with parts inventory systems (a plus).
- Experience with SAP, Microsoft office, and MS Teams.
- Need 2+ years of experience.
