Great computer skills, with Microsoft Office Suite experience. Great communication skills. Sales Force and/or Cornerstone experience would be a plus.

- Technology Requirements (I.E Programs, systems, etc):
Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams), experience with all would be Great.
Experience with Sentinelle, Smartsheet, Cornerstone LMS (Learning Management System) and Sales Force would be a plus but not required.
What does a typical day look like? (daily tasks):
Creating and updating Service Dongles via Sentinelle Software, then delivering to shipping department as needed. Working with the Tech Pubs team and our Training Coordinator on various tasks related to validating and publishing technical documentation, and administration of training within the LMS. (This will involve Teams meetings, Analyzation of training surveys, preparation and reporting in Cornerstone LMS. We will provide training on these.
Preferred background/prior work experience:
Great computer skills, with Microsoft Suite experience. Administrative Project work, involving team and individual task assignments requiring excellent documentation and communication.
Priority soft skills:
Communication and attention to detail will be key
Summary of
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks such as:
- Composing and preparing correspondence
- Creating and issuing Service Dongles for System Access
- Maintaining listing and status of Service Dongles
- Completing training effectiveness audits, and training overdue lists
- Must be able to effectively and clearly communicate in both internal and external relationships
- Prioritize conflicting needs, handle matters expeditiously and proactively, and follow through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures
- Assist in scheduling meetings and attends meetings, as necessary
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality
- Safeguard the company's intellectual property, information, and assets
