Part-time role (25 hrs/week, Tue–Thu with one in-office day) supporting benefits communications and documentation. Responsibilities include reviewing and updating benefits documents (SPDs and guides), creating document versions, tracking and coordinating printing for ~100 SPDs, and performing basic Service Now testing to ensure accurate employee visibility.

Key skills: Strong MS Word and Adobe Acrobat editing, organization, attention to detail, and critical thinking.

Nice to have: Spanish fluency and Service Now familiarity.
