Program Management Operations Coordinator

Salary: $44.00 - $45.00 (US Dollar)
About the jobProgram Management Operations Coordinator needs 6+ years of program/project management experience within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
Qualifications- Must be local; no relocation.
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, or related field.
- Relevant experience in program/project management within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry preferred.
- Familiarity with administrative and logistical coordination, including meeting planning, documentation management, and budget tracking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Purchase Order (PO) & Requisition Processing experience.
- Assist with scheduling, organizing, and preparing for key meetings, including compiling materials, developing agendas, recording minutes, and ensuring timely follow‑up on action items; supports internal governance forums.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for portfolio planning, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Support leadership in coordinating day‑to‑day program operations and providing administrative and logistical assistance.
- Back up the Executive Assistant with calendar management, arranging meetings, coordinating travel plans, and expense reporting as needed.
- Coordinate ad‑hoc program and department projects, collaborating with internal partners and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met efficiently.
- Help coordinate purchasing and contracting activities (processing POs), ensuring adherence to departmental policies and timelines.
- Manage project management responsibilities with internal and external stakeholders for ad‑hoc department projects.
