Admissions Coordinator

Overview:
As the Admissions Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and overall operations of all admissions directed by the Director of Admissions. With a competitive hourly wage of $25 and a weekly pay schedule, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the coordination of all admissions to the facility, ensuring compliance with budgeted census projections
- Represent the facility to potential residents, families, hospitals, and other referral sources in a positive and professional manner
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, in accordance with state and federal regulations
- Collaborate with all respective departments to ensure seamless admission activities and documentation
- Act as a liaison between the facility and community groups and agencies
- Assist in implementation of the facility's marketing plan
- Utilize appropriate sales/marketing techniques to maintain a budgeted census mix
- Ensure detailed completion of all admission, discharge, and transfer records
Requirements:
- Minimum of an Associate's degree in Marketing/Sales or a related field
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in a skilled nursing facility or Assisted Living facility
