Job Summary:

The candidate will oversee the scheduling, coordination, review, and approval of construction documents for new store projects. They will manage external consultants and act as a liaison between various stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and specifications are maintained.

Skill Requirements:

Must-Have Requirements:

· Architectural document review experience

· Solid background in Engineering, specifically retail construction methods

· Knowledge of Specifications for new store projects

· Understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing criteria

· Experience managing REH project site surveys

Preferred Requirements:

· Familiarity with Store Planning processes

· Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Blue Beam, Adobe

** Pay Details:**  $46.48 per hour
