Document Control Coordinator

Marlborough, MA
Hybrid (work 3 days onsite). Hybrid

Schedule:

In-office collaboration Tuesday–Thursday, remote on Mondays and Fridays. Schedules may vary based on business needs.

What you will be doing
  • Manage documentation control activities and coordination of change orders related to Helen of Troy products across marketing, engineering, manufacturing, and regulatory functions.
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of robust documentation control systems, including training and ongoing support.
  • Coordinate change orders and document control activities; support Program Managers and Project Engineers in technical and non-technical projects and associated documentation.
  • Coordinate communication between internal and external resources and suppliers.
  • Create Finished Goods BOMs within Agile.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate release of information (documents, artwork, etc.).
  • Run reports for outstanding tasks (e.g., ECOs, DCOs).
  • Develop and maintain Document Control standard operating procedures and work instructions based on ISO standards and FDA Quality System Regulations.
  • Manage additional department requirements as needed.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Qualifications:
    • Associate degree in business or technical discipline.
    • 1+ years of related experience supporting technical project documentation and technical writing.
    • Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience supporting technical project documentation and technical writing.
    • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, Oracle E-Business, Smartsheet, and Agile PLM software.
Skills
  • Strong written and communication skills; excellent organization and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage expectations across departments and international time zones.
  • Technical aptitude to learn quickly and work with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Salary and Location

In Massachusetts, the standard base pay range for this role is $18.26 - $26.89 hourly. Actual salaries vary based on location, experience, skill level, and performance.
