The Revenue Management Senior Business Analyst is a business-oriented individual focused on our revenue management initiatives within the US Sales Enablement organization. This individual will be particularly focused in our "Quote to Cash" space providing primary support for our CPQ (Configure Price Quote) and CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) solutions. This individual will assist in gaining consistent business input for the continued deployment of enterprise-wide system capabilities that will strengthen the efficiency and effectiveness of our US commercial pricing & contracting execution.
This individual will work closely with key stakeholders across all US Divisional Sales Operations and Pricing and Contracting teams to harmonize business practices and processes related to these capabilities.
Work Mode:
At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week in our Arden Hills, MN or Marlborough, MA campuses.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate with Product Owner for the successful management and completion of all leadership-assigned tasks within the "Quote to Cash" space.
- Collaborate with Product Owner to gather and analyze business system requirements
- Support the establishment of business value and priority for requirements, leveraging Value Improvement Projects (VIP's) and Minimum Viable Product (MVP) concepts (rapid engagement, piloting, iteration)
- Understand the voice of the business, current business processes, and identify gaps that may impact process efficiency.
- Oversee and maintain departmental sharepoint sites
- Support the Product Owner in gathering and drafting of user stories, through the stakeholder intake process, for new or support enhancements and agreement templates.
- Identify areas for process improvement and work with Product Owner/IT to implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the product owner to help lead the continuous improvement of CPQ and CLM solutions across business divisions
- Work with IT Revenue Management team and relevant vendor(s), as required, through all stages of the development process.
- Develop and maintain user acceptance testing (UAT) scripts, on projects as assigned, to ensure new enhancements are thoroughly tested and validated for accuracy and functionality.
- Design, author and maintain comprehensive job aids, user guides and training materials to support self-service adoption.
- Own product backlog, facilitating refinement sessions with the stakeholders and development teams to ensure user stories are well defined.
- Develop performance dashboards for the Revenue Management Product Team that encompass Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and crucial insights within the "Quote to Cash" solution.
- Drive CPQ template harmonization initiatives to establish consistent pricing structures.
- Assist the Product Owner in the development and dissemination of stakeholder communications on behalf of the Revenue Management product team.
- Serve as the SME within the "Quote to Cash" solution and stay current on new features, functionality, and application capabilities to address business requirements.
- Actively seek input from Sales Management, Finance, and Marketing to better understand customer needs, perceptions, etc. Make effort to ensure that customer needs are understood and met by self and team.
- Manage and complete special projects and analytic research; support in the creation of presentations for management, as required.
- Translate business requirements from Service Requests (service now) into actionable JIRA tickets, ensuring optimal work distribution
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required (Finance, Marketing, Computer Science, Economics or similar discipline preferred)
- Experience working with Sales/Marketing in a pricing, analytical and contracting capacity
- Minimum of 8+ years analyzing business requirements, developing and documenting process flows, and testing new functionality
- Proven analytical, problem-solving, and solution-oriented mentality
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to effectively communicate with sales executives and a track record of bridging the gap between technical development teams and business stakeholders.
