Global Compliance Office Co-Op Specialist

• Support the Global Compliance Office team mailbox by responding to inquiries and escalating issues as appropriate
• Coordinate with stakeholders across the organization to resolve compliance-related questions and requests promptly
• Track and analyze compliance training completion metrics across business regions
• Prepare recurring compliance metrics reports and dashboards for leadership and key stakeholders
• Assist with reporting completion trends, risks, and opportunities to leadership
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing compliance training programs and awareness campaigns
• Assist in identifying, recruiting, and coordinating user testers for compliance training and learning solutions
• Gather and document testing feedback to support continuous improvement of compliance training content and learner experience
• Support business-related research, documentation, and process improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional partners to advance compliance objectives
• Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned in support of Global Compliance Office priorities

• Current student
