Job Title: Construction Project Lead - Mid-Level

Location: Marlborough, Massachusetts (On-site)

Job Summary: We are seeking an adept professional to help lead and coordinate construction and signage initiatives for a dynamic organization. Our team values strong planners who can drive projects forward, manage multiple priorities, and facilitate communication between internal and external partners.

• Oversee construction and signage projects, including contract preparation, vendor management, schedule assignments, and document distribution.
• Track budgets and project progress, review and approve proposals and invoices, and ensure timely close-outs for assigned initiatives.
• Negotiate pricing, initiate project communications, and conduct remote kick-off meetings as needed for various project types.
• Regularly provide status updates, adjust contractor schedules for cost-effective execution, and perform general administrative tasks.

• 5-8 years of experience in Construction, Facilities, Store Planning, Fixturing, Architectural Design, or related construction trades (preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; strong organization and project planning skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills; comfortable addressing concerns and managing inquiries via phone and email.
• Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and MS Word; ability to read blueprints including Floor Plans, Elevations, and Site Plans.
