Facilities Coordinator (Construction)

We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Facilities Coordinator (Construction) for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Marlborough, MA.

• Pay is $30.84 – 39.18/hr to start.
• 3 month assignment.
• Monday – Friday, hybrid with 2 days onsite (Tuesdays and Wednesdays).
• Create Construction contract preparation memos and Docu Signs for all assigned projects.
• Ensure Sign Vendors adhere to contract pricing and specifications for all assigned projects.
• Track and adhere to budgets; review and approve proposals and invoices for all assigned construction and signage projects.
• Award miscellaneous construction projects to General Contractors and/or Sign Vendors.

• 3+ years in Construction, Facilities, Store Planning, Fixturing, Architectural Design, or related construction trades is preferred.
• Strong organization and project planning skills are necessary.
• Must be able to manage multiple projects at any one time.
• Understanding and ability to read blueprints, specifically Floor Plans, Elevations, and Site Plans.
• Strong knowledge of store layouts, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing criteria would be desired.
• Adept in Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and MS Word. Lucernex and Service Channel experience is a plus.
