An established and expanding multi-state operator is seeking a Regional Retail Construction Manager to deliver new-site and remodel projects across its growing footprint. This role combines portfolio coordination with hands-on field execution and is well suited for a Construction Manager or Senior Project Manager ready to take ownership of multiple locations.

• Lead multiple new-build and remodel projects across several states.
• Manage project scope, cost, schedule, quality, inspections, turnover, and closeout.
• Drive permitting and approval activity with municipalities, utilities, and regulatory agencies.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, general contractors, specialty vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Review construction plans and oversee civil, structural, architectural, and MEP coordination.
• Visit active sites to monitor safety, workmanship, progress, risks, and readiness for opening.
• Review bids, contracts, invoices, change orders, forecasts, and project documentation.
• Communicate project status and recommended solutions to Operations, Real Estate, and leadership.

• 8+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Demonstrated ownership of ground-up and renovation projects from planning through closeout.
• Experience supporting repeatable, multi-location construction programs.
• Strong permitting and municipal coordination experience.
• Ability to manage contractors, vendors, budgets, schedules, and field challenges independently.
• Experience with retail, restaurant, convenience-store, fuel, automotive, dealership, or similar construction.
• Ability to be based in Massachusetts and travel up to 50%.

• Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field.
• Experience with construction or project-management software.
• Experience opening customer-facing locations on demanding schedules.

• Base salary up to $140K depending on experience, plus bonus and benefits.
