The Regional Manager (Ortho) is responsible for supporting orthodontic operations across multiple Passion Dental practices within an assigned region. This role partners with providers and practice leadership to drive growth, improve patient access, and ensure operational excellence across orthodontic services.

• Support orthodontist recruitment, onboarding, and integration into supported practices.
• Partner with regional and practice leadership to identify opportunities for orthodontic growth.
• Ensure consistent implementation of orthodontic standards, best practices, and workflows.
• Support training, staffing, and development of orthodontic team members.
• Monitor operational performance and key business metrics to drive results.
• Assist practices in improving patient access, scheduling, and overall patient experience.
• Provide ongoing operational support and coaching to orthodontic providers and practice teams.
• Partner with leadership on strategic planning, goal setting, and business development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Travel throughout the region to support practices and orthodontic teams as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of dental, orthodontic, healthcare, or multi-site operations experience.
• Previous leadership or management experience required.
• Strong knowledge of orthodontic operations, scheduling, and patient flow.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience interpreting operational and financial performance metrics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and practice management systems.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned region.
