Senior Store Planner

• Hybrid schedule with Tuesday and Wednesday onsite.

Role Overview:

• Develop fixture plans, architectural criteria drawings, and site-specific layouts for new stores, relocations, expansions, remodels, and special projects.
• Make design and layout decisions while balancing site requirements, budgets, operational needs, and established planning standards.
• Create architectural drawings that meet construction specifications and applicable building codes.
• Collaborate with Store Planning, Design, Construction, Operations, Merchandise Planning, Architects, and external consultants.
• Troubleshoot site-specific planning and construction challenges and develop practical solutions.
• Review site surveys and existing conditions and develop plans for design-build projects.
• Provide technical guidance to Store Planners and outside consultants and help ensure projects stay on schedule.

Key Requirements:

• 8+ years of related planning experience, preferably in retail design, store planning, interior design, or architecture.
• AutoCAD/ACAD is required.
• REVIT experience is required and should be clearly demonstrated on the resume/summary.
• Retail store and fixture layout experience is preferred, though architectural firm experience may be considered.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, architecture, construction procedures, and building codes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, time-management, and multitasking skills.
• Preferred education:
  
  Associate's degree/certificate in Architecture, Architectural Engineering Technology, or Interior Design.
