Great practice opportunity for an independent Doctor of Optometry. You will operate your private practice office and provide high-quality optometric care and services to patients next to an optical dispensary operated by Luxottica. You keep the professional fees your patients pay for the services you deliver.

• Operate the Doctor’s office as an independent practice.
• Deliver optometric care and services to patients.
• Manage your professional fee schedule and retain patient revenues for professional services.
• Build and maintain relationships with patients and the community.

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree.
• Active license to practice in Massachusetts.

• Complete professional autonomy—no company imposed restrictions, interference or quotas.
• Flexible practice arrangements and schedules, including part‑time commitments.
• A furnished office and well‑equipped exam lane(s) included in the rent agreement.
• Online appointment booking and patient recall system.
• Minimal financial risk or obligations for initial investment.
• Brand‑supplied onboarding support from the first exam.
