Applied Behavior Analysis Teacher

Job Overview

We are hiring an Applied Behavior Analysis Teacher 1 (ABAT
1) to work with students ranging from children to adults. In this role you will implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), support academic, social and life skills development, ensure high-quality services, and collaborate closely with seasoned clinicians, including PhD-level BCBAs.

• Must be able to pass all required background screenings (CORI, DDS CORI, Fingerprinting, DDPC).
• Undergraduate degree required; relevant experience or education preferred.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Experience with ABA, special education, or direct care is preferred.
• Strong adaptability and communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds alone, or 51+ pounds with assistance or specialized equipment.

Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM (37.5 Hours / Week)
