Are you a Special Education Teacher who loves leading a classroom, mentoring staff, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team? At Crossroads Continuum, we’re growing our team and looking for an experienced Lead Special Education Teacher (LSET) to join our highly collaborative autism-specialty school in Marlborough, Massachusetts. Crossroads School is a Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) approved school. We operate an Elementary, Middle, and Secondary school on our campus.

As a lead Special Education Teacher you are in charge of your classroom, developing lessons, leading instruction, collaborating with families, and mentoring a team of ABA teachers who report to you. We are invested in your professional development and provide opportunities for continuing education.
- Lead the development and implementation of IEP-driven instruction
- Manage classroom operations and educational programming
- Supervise and mentor ABA teachers and classroom staff
- Collaborate closely with families, school districts, and related service providers
- Monitor student progress and data-driven outcomes
- Help create a positive, supportive learning environment where students can thrive
- Play an active leadership role within a collaborative multidisciplinary team
- MA Certification as a teacher of students with Moderate or Severe Disabilities (required)
- Experience working with students with autism and related disabilities
- Strong classroom leadership and organizational skills
- Passion for collaboration, mentorship, and student growth
- ABA experience is highly valued, but we will support professional growth and training
- Master's degree preferred
Starting Salary: $65,000 - $95,000 (consideration based on experience, education, and credentials).
