Assabet Valley Collaborative seeks a Special Education teacher for its Evolution transition program serving 18-22-year-olds with diverse cognitive and adaptive needs. You will collaborate with para educators, a counselor, a nurse, and related services staff to deliver student-centered instruction and meaningful experiences that prepare students for adulthood.
You will design and adapt curricula, lead a team, and coordinate with families and districts to implement IEPs and progress monitoring.
