We are seeking a Compliance Training Designer / Learning Experience Designer to create engaging and interactive learning solutions that support enterprise compliance and ethics initiatives. In this role, you will design and develop eLearning courses, microlearning modules, videos, and other digital learning content while partnering with Compliance, Legal, HR, and business stakeholders.
Key Requirements- Experience in Instructional Design, Learning Experience Design, or Corporate Training
- Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, and Review 360
- Experience creating eLearning, microlearning, and multimedia learning content
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and SCORM publishing
- Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience supporting compliance, ethics, legal, risk, or policy-related training is preferred
This is a contract opportunity for a creative learning professional who can independently manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality digital learning experiences.
