Responsibilities
- Checking all conference rooms on a regular basis
- Testing all aspects of room equipment
- Confirming hardware power status
- Checking battery levels on items such as remotes
- Confirming correct functionality of all audio and video features
- Troubleshooting technical issues
- Working with vendors as needed to resolve issues
- Ensuring rooms are in good appearance order
- Working with facilities to remedy any physical needs of the space
- Utilizing monitoring solutions to quickly identify and respond to issues
- Assisting users with immediate room issues or needs
- Troubleshooting active problems in person
- Holding regular training sessions with the site
- Providing usage instructions for equipment
- Sharing best practices
- Tracking and responding to Service Now work requests
- Working with the greater AV group to implement changes to the AV environment at the local site
- Being the point person for all AV needs at the site
- Engaging in special projects, working with other team members or manager on AV-oriented projects
