Job Title: Technical Associate - Research & Development
Duration: 12 Months Contract with Extensions
Location: Marlborough, MA
Responsibilities- Conduct independent lab experiments including electroplating, wet chemistry, chemical analysis, and device testing.
- Operate and analyze data from various analytical equipment.
- Collaborate with R&D to meet project goals and timelines.
- Communicate findings clearly to cross‑functional teams.
- Maintain safety, quality, and environmental compliance standards.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in science or engineering (Master’s preferred).
- 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in the chemical industry or similar environment.
- Experience with analytical tools (SEM, XRF, XRD, wet chemistry, surface analysis).
- Hands‑on electroplating and electrochemistry experience strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of corrosion/surface science, electronic device testing, or Lean Six Sigma preferred.
- Detail‑oriented, results‑driven, and safety‑focused team player.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; fluent in English.
