We are responsible for designing phased array antenna systems including active and passive microwave components, radiators, radomes and a variety of RF subassemblies. This is an onsite role located in Marlborough, MA. What You Will Do
* Provide technical conscience, challenged with making sure the product and process meet appropriate E3 standards
* Ensure balance with risk conditions and constraints while advising leadership.
* Visible and accountable for technical decisions.
* Technical contact with the customer to review requirements, technical commitments, IRAD, future technical needs, etc.
* Work across disciplines as our specialty requires interaction with Mechanical and Systems Engineering as well as Electrical Engineering Qualifications You Must Have:
* Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience with any combination of the following:
* Experience with EMI/EMC analysis design and / or test
* Experience with MATLAB, ANSYS / HFSS or CST Microwave Qualifications We Prefer:
* Master's degree in chosen Engineering/Technical field
* Currently hold a DoD issued security clearance of Secret or higher
* Strong expertise in the field of EMI design methodologies for military applications
* Experience in Earned Value EVMS, and working TINA compliant proposal activities
* Experience and understanding of TEMPEST hardening concepts and Red/ Black separation
* Ability to provide detailed documentation related to EMI test plans and EMI procedures and as well as test reports with minimal revision and review
* Knowledge of automated EMI test techniques and programming, specifically using TILE
* Strong troubleshooting skills.
* Strong customer focus with good verbal and written communication skills
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
* Knowledge of MIL-STD-461 test techniques
