Security Clearance Type: Secret - Current

Security Clearance Status: Active and existing security clearance required on day 1

• Develop strategy and lead integration and test activities for SPY-6A(V) radar system
• Develop plans and provide direction for integration and test team activities
• Coordinate with I&T CPT Lead, 6A(V) PM, IPT Lead, CE, and LSE
• Communicate externally, responsible for interfacing with leaders in the 6A(V) customer community
• Travel up to 15% for integration and test activities at various sites
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert in Systems Integration, Verification, and/or Validation Support missions
• Travel as needed (up to 15%) to support mission execution at local RTX facilities, test sites, vendor facilities, and customer locations
• Role is onsite at RTX facility in Marlborough, MA

• Typically requires a degree in STEM and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
• Experience in systems engineering, systems integration, system verification, and/or system validation
• Experience with an integration lab, test facility, and/or field
• Experience with technical and/or functional leadership

• Experience in radar integration or on naval radar programs
• Experience working with the U.S. Navy customer
• Experience deploying technical strategies across multi-disciplinary teams
• Familiarity with RLPM, internal reviews, and gate reviews
• Completion of the Test Architect Development Program

Salary range: $132,400 - $251,600 USD
