Responsibilities- Develop strategy and lead integration and test activities for SPY-6A(V) radar system
- Develop plans and provide direction for integration and test team activities
- Coordinate with I&T CPT Lead, 6A(V) PM, IPT Lead, CE, and LSE
- Communicate externally, responsible for interfacing with leaders in the 6A(V) customer community
- Travel up to 15% for integration and test activities at various sites
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert in Systems Integration, Verification, and/or Validation Support missions
- Travel as needed (up to 15%) to support mission execution at local RTX facilities, test sites, vendor facilities, and customer locations
- Role is onsite at RTX facility in Marlborough, MA
- Typically requires a degree in STEM and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
- Experience in systems engineering, systems integration, system verification, and/or system validation
- Experience with an integration lab, test facility, and/or field
- Experience with technical and/or functional leadership
- Experience in radar integration or on naval radar programs
- Experience working with the U.S. Navy customer
- Experience deploying technical strategies across multi-disciplinary teams
- Familiarity with RLPM, internal reviews, and gate reviews
- Completion of the Test Architect Development Program

Salary range: $132,400 - $251,600 USD
