Electrical Engineer II-Radar Processing and Network System Design -Onsite Tewksbury or Marlboro

U.S. citizenship is required to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance (Secret). Active and existing clearance required on day 1.

• Radar processing and network system design (e.g. X86‑based processors)
• Research and selection of servers, workstations, add‑in interface cards, storage devices, networking and other COTS hardware
• BIOS and operating system configuration definition
• System prototyping and integration in the lab

• Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent discipline
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience (an advanced degree may substitute two additional years) in emerging and legacy hardware and software, including Unix and Linux operating systems
• Experience taking a system design concept from block diagram or requirements to a complete COTS‑based hardware design and verifying the design via integration and test plans and activities
• Experience working in a lab environment and operating standard test equipment (oscilloscopes, processor bus analyzers, emulators, data capture tools, etc.)

• Experience developing and implementing computing, networking, and IT infrastructure through rigorous design and documentation
• Collaboration with hardware engineering, supply chain, suppliers, field engineering, on‑site installation and trades, and customers on safety‑critical systems
• Current or in‑progress computing/networking certification(s) (e.g., CCNA, AWS, CISSP)
• Experience with RADAR system hardware
• Experience with firewall design and configuration
• Experience implementing Security Technical Implementation Guides and network hardening
• System‑level hardware integration and troubleshooting skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Willingness to support occasional domestic and potential international travel
• Existing security clearance

Salary range: 68,900 USD – 131,100 USD. Eligible for relocation.
