What You Will Do- Develop concepts of operations for radar systems.
- Radar processing algorithm development.
- Radar software requirements development.
- Statistical and numerical analysis of radar performance data.
- Analysis tool development in support of problem identification and resolution.
- Working with Systems and Software Engineers to develop and implement solutions.
- Present findings and solutions to Leadership and/or Customers.
- Occasional travel to support mission execution at various facilities and test sites (approximately 5%).
- Role can be based out of Tewksbury, MA or Marlborough, MA.
- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience.
- Experience with systems: software, hardware, requirements, integration, and/or test.
- Experience with MATLAB.
- Experience with design, development, and analysis of radar system and software architecture on DoD systems.
- Experience with signal processing techniques in complex propagation environments.
- Design experience in radar system areas such as antenna, receiver/exciter, waveforms, digital beamforming, multi-sensor track management and data fusion, adaptive signal processing, clutter mitigation techniques, electronic attack and electronic protect, sensor resource management and mission planning.
- Experience with C++, Python, or similar.
- Experience in developing and managing requirements, including use of DOORS, Rhapsody, Cameo or other digital engineering tools.
- Experience with technical writing and oral presentations.
