Senior Systems Engineer - Naval Radar Programs

Job Title: Senior Systems Engineer (Onsite)

Location: Marlborough, MA (US-MA-MARLBOROUGH-MA1 ~ 1001 Boston Post Rd ~ BLDG

Security Clearance: U.S. citizenship required; obtain and maintain U.S. government‑issued Secret clearance prior to start.

• Develop and implement test plans, procedures, integration, and verification documentation in simulated and real‑world environments.
• Identify and resolve hardware, software, and system issues through detailed data analysis and debugging.
• Integrate hardware and software into tactical systems, evaluating functionality and impact.
• Collaborate across functions to drive performance improvements and resolve system issues.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team to achieve seamless integration and system functionality.
• Develop integration documentation, execute plans, analyze data, verify requirements, and communicate results to leadership and stakeholders.
• Travel up to 10% to support mission execution at RTX facilities, test sites, vendor sites, and customer locations.
• Ensure role is performed onsite at our RTX facility in Marlborough, MA.

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and at least five (5) years of relevant experience.
• Experience in systems hardware, systems integration, or systems test.

• Experience supporting integration and/or verification in an integration lab, test facility, or in the field.
• Experience with creating technical documentation such as test plans, procedures, or technical reports.
• Experience with DOORS, Rhapsody, Cameo, or other digital engineering tools.
• Experience with MATLAB, Python, C/C++, or other programming languages.

• Salary range: $86,800 – $165,200 USD.
• Relocation eligible – relocation assistance available.
