- Serve as the site owner for all packaging systems, including primary, secondary, and tertiary (e.g., PE bags, bottles, drums, IBCs, boxes, pallets).
- Design and optimize packaging solutions, ensuring product protection, chemical compatibility, and cost efficiency.
- Partner with technical teams on packaging design and compatibility with product chemistry.
- Collaborate with regulatory on UN/DOT compliance.
- Collaborate with procurement on supplier selection and qualification.
- Support logistics and operations to improve packaging performance in handling, storage, and transportation.
- Lead packaging troubleshooting, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Essential:
Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field. - Essential: 5+ years of experience in packaging engineering or a related role.
- Essential:
Experience with industrial or chemical product packaging. - Preferred:
Transportation and packaging regulations (UN, DOT, etc.). - Preferred:
Experience with hazardous materials packaging. - Preferred:
Familiarity with IBC, drums, and bulk packaging systems. - Preferred:
Exposure to global packaging operations or supplier networks. - Essential:
Strong project management and supplier collaboration experience.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Cross‑functional collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to work across cultures and global teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Attention to detail with a focus on safety and compliance.

Pay RangeThe Pay range for this role is $78,960.00 - $ Annual.
