Responsibilities
- Lead equipment qualification and process validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ)
- Support technology transfer and chemical manufacturing process scale-up
- Develop process documentation, risk assessments (HAZOP/FMEA), and work instructions
- Investigate process deviations and implement corrective actions
- Drive process improvements in a cGMP-regulated environment
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
- 7–10 years of experience in chemical manufacturing
- Experience with process validation, GMP compliance, risk assessments, and process optimization
- Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma experience are a plus
