We are seeking a Proposal Engineer to support our business development efforts in delivering innovative and efficient power generation solutions to both current and future clients. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional project teams and play a key part in leading the technical development of proposals, contributing to impactful projects that drive our industry forward.
Essential Responsibilities- Leads technical proposal development, including defining scope and reviewing project specifications to ensure alignment with customer requirements.
- Maintains the technical documentation and data sheets to support proposed work.
- Supports site walk-downs, inspections, and pre-bid meetings to gather critical project insight.
- Collaborates with internal teams and external suppliers to obtain and evaluate technical input and quotations.
- Responsible for maintaining and developing the project's financial estimate.
- Supports bid reviews by presenting technical strategy and key proposal details.
