We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimator to join our team in Marlborough, MA. This is a full-time, on-site role. Opportunities for advancement within the company are available.

• Track projects for bidding and obtain bid documents
• Review drawings, specs, and contract documents
• Prepare labor and material estimates
• Develop detailed bid proposals and scope
• Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, purchasing, production, field operations)
• Communicate with subcontractors and vendors
• Review estimates with supervisor before submission
• Document all internal and external communications
• Support contract negotiations and secure signed agreements

• Minimum 2-year degree
• Preferred bachelor's degree in construction, Architecture, or Structural Engineering
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of architectural and structural concepts
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Project
• Experience with AutoCAD or BIM is a plus
• Strong organizational skills
• Reliable transportation for regional travel, including Connecticut

• Knowledge of large commercial construction methods
• Ability to prepare conceptual budgets
• Experience with forecasting and reporting
• Familiarity with precast bridge construction
