Field Applications Engineer RF and Microwave

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Field Applications Engineer RF and Microwave to support customers in the wholesale electronics trade. In this role, you will provide RF/microwave design guidance, component selection, and system-level support, partnering with sales to drive design wins. You will run technical demos, analyze performance, and troubleshoot customer designs across industrial and commercial applications. Collaborating with global engineering teams, you'll influence roadmaps, share market feedback, and deliver training while working in a performance-driven, innovative, and inclusive culture with strong growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide RF/microwave design and application support to customers
• Guide component selection and system architecture for high-frequency designs
• Perform simulations, measurements, and troubleshooting on customer designs
• Deliver technical presentations, demos, and trainings to customers and sales teams
• Collaborate with sales to identify opportunities and secure design wins
• Gather field feedback to influence supplier roadmaps and Arrow solutions
• Document application notes, reference designs, and best practices
• Support cross-functional teams in resolving complex technical issues
